The Glow Team
Our team combines music, spoken word, and visual art to bring Scripture and everyday faith to life. Each voice adds something unique, creating a heartfelt and meaningful worship experience.
Our GLOW Team combines writing, music direction, production, speech, outreach, and pastoral guidance.
Will and Lily write the episodes, with Will directing and producing the music and overall flow.
Lily shapes our outreach and public presence, and Jamie and Lily contribute spoken elements that bring depth and clarity to each message.
Pastor Clay's leadership, along with his Vessels of Clay reflections, grounds each message with warmth, wisdom, and depth.

Details
This Christmas Night, a world premiere Christmas Cantata for 6 vocalists and orchestra, will debut on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm CT, at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon, WI.
Will has premiered a new one each year for the past several years to incorporate as many as eleven communities, professionals, and ordinary folk who want to sing or play an instrument in a joint effort to bring praise to God in a unified way!
The annual Christmas Cantata is a musical outreach mission of Grace's broad music program.

Our purpose is simple: to meet people where they are, offering connection, support, and the kind of gentleness that helps a soul breathe again.
We aim to uplift and empower, creating a place where online community members can grow, heal, and thrive.
Weekly Programs
Each week, we share messages, music, devotionals, and reflections that speak to real life.
Our programming is designed to nourish the spirit, soft enough for weary hearts, strong enough for those needing direction, and welcoming to anyone seeking a moment of peace.
Spiritual Gatherings and Events
This space exists to offer moments of peace, reflection, and inspiration, something steady to hold onto in a busy world.
GLOW is a gathering point, a quiet place where anyone can pause, connect, and grow together in faith and community.

For example, William C. Louis-Brux (GLOW’s composer) will premiere another of his Christmas Cantatas on December 21, 2025, at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon, WI, at 2:00 p.m. CT.
The performance will be livestreamed and available for viewing here as well.
Earlier that day, Grace Lutheran will host Song Fest Sunday beginning at 9:00 a.m. CT, a musical service featuring musicians of all ages.

We offer a place where our online family can submit prayer requests at any time, day or night.
Every request is read, held with care, and lifted to God by our team.
